Terms and conditions

The customer is responsible for the care of the roll-off dumpster. Customers shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Upon removal of the dumpster, Silver King Disposal LLC shall be entitled to charge the customer for the repair or replacement costs attributable to any damage to the dumpster while in the customer’s possession. The customer shall be liable for any repair or replacement costs. Upon removal, the customer authorizes Silver King Disposal LLC to collect any additional disposal and repair or replacement costs attributable to the customer. Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any roll-offs with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment. No mobile dumpster compactor shall be used on our dumpsters.

Customer is responsible for any and all material placed in the dumpster. Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only. The customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances (“Prohibited Waste”) into
roll-off containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, tires, paint, spray paint cans, batteries,
paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, etc. Tires can be taken for a fee of $15 per tire. If tires are loaded into the dumpster they must be on top of the dumpster and visible. If tires are not visible there will be a service charge of $25 per tire.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they know the allowed weight limit for the dumpster they are renting and that they stay within those limits. Dumpsters that exceed the posted weight limits will be charged a $75 per ton, prorated overage fee.

15-yard Trailer – 2 Tons (4000 Lbs) included ($75 per additional 1 Ton (2000 lbs) prorated – In no event
will the customer load debris exceeding 4 Tons (8,000 lbs) in total weight.

10-yard – 2 Tons (4000 Lbs) included ($75 per additional 1 Ton (2000 lbs) prorated – In no event will the customer load debris exceeding 4 Tons (8,000 lbs) in total weight.

15-yard – 2 Tons (4000 Lbs) included ($75 per additional 1 Ton (2000 lbs) prorated – In no event will the customer load debris exceeding 4 Tons (8,000 lbs) in total weight.

20-yard – 2 Tons (4000 Lbs) included ($75 per additional 1 Ton (2000 lbs) prorated – In no event will the customer load debris exceeding 4 Tons (8,000 lbs) in total weight.

Any weight above the max tonnage allowed will result in refusal of service and off-loading shall be required. A dry run charge can range from $25 to up $200 per occurrence.
Cleaning due to loading of restricted or hazardous materials may be billed at a 3rd party rate plus areasonable markup.

Dumpster rental prices are for 3 Days. Silver King Disposal LLC will provide dumpster disposal service using our roll-off containers. Service will be provided on the day requested when using our online ordering software. You must call 4 hours in advance to schedule a same-day swap out or pick up or a $50 same-day service fee will apply. Same day service is not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate.

Additional days on your rental period will be $15 Per Day, starting on the 4th day until the roll-off is picked up. Not to exceed 7 days.

Customer needs to call Silver King Disposal LLC to schedule a dumpster SWAP. (843-729-9454)

Customer is responsible for ensuring that there is enough room for Silver King Disposal LLC to perform the contracted services. Driver will make the best effort to place the dumpster in the location that is requested by the customer. If the customer requests that the dumpster be placed on the street or anywhere other than the customer’s property, the customer is responsible for any permit fees, town fines, attorney fees or towing fees. If the driver is unable to make a delivery due to safety, lack of accessibility and/or refusal of the dumpster, the customer will be charged a $100 trip charge.

Customers must give a 24 hour notice of cancellation or they will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee.

Dumpster will be picked up a day or earlier if the customer calls to request an early pick up. If the customer needs to extend the rental period, a 24 hour advanced request must be given and granting the request will depend on dumpster availability. If the driver is unable to pick up a dumpster due to safety, inability to access the dumpster or the dumpster being overloaded or overweight, the customer will be charged a $125 trip charge.

Silver King Disposal LLC use caution as to not damage any property during delivery or pick up of the dumpster, however given the weight and size of the roll off dumpster, Silver King Disposal LLC not responsible for any damages to driveways, concrete, lawns, trees or shrubs as a result of the loading and unloading of the dumpster.

A credit card will be required to reserve a dumpster. The customer will be charged the full rental fee at the time of reservation. Any additional charges for fines, prohibited items, overloading of dumpster or trip charges will be charged at the time of dumping.

Customer agrees to follow Silver King Disposal LLC. to retain the credit card information filed at the time of reservation until the dumpster rental period is complete. Completion is defined as: dumpster has been dumped and any additional fines or fees have been settled. Silver King Disposal LLC will keep that card on file until the account is at a Zero balance.
